JUnior CAmps (Ages 8-18)

At Jack Conrad Power Tennis (JCPT), campers have a lot of fun while making tremendous improvement and learning new skills. Whether you are an intermediate, or advanced player, JCPT will challenge you to perform your best in an enthusiastic, innovative, and positive training environment. JCPT's dynamic teaching methods are designed to help players master the fundamentals of today's "power game." The camp's focus on stroke, movement, and mental detail will help players develop the same techniques used by top professional players.

Every player, regardless of level, will have their strokes and movement videotaped, allowing them to compare their strokes to those of the pros using the Dartfish Software Video Analysis System. 

The Har-Tru Junior Tennis Camp at Idle Hour Tennis Club is uniquely designed to expose players to serious Har-Tru tennis training, helping them develop greater consistency, confidence, and concentration. Participants will practice specific patterns of play that emphasize "working a point effectively," reducing unforced errors and enhancing their overall performance.  

Players will learn how to "HIT BIG" through JCPT's laser focus on player's using their large muscle groups to produce power and reduce risk of injury .
