What is tennis fitness?

 

If you want to be a great player you have to be able to receive the ball as well as send it. The greatest players of today are the greatest movers. Movement starts with the mind,, you have to make a mental commitment to get to every ball. The service box counts so don't let that ball bounce twice or below your waist.


Jack's fitness training methods will emphasize modern footwork, agility, balance, core stability, strength, and power. We use medicine balls, bands, plyo boxes, and hurdles to help you leap to new heights.
